Limitations

Fear comes in so many forms, it’s so weird because you’ll realize that a certain habit or behavior is stemmed from some sort of fear. Occasionally we can go forever with these unforeseen fears, and it can lead us to self sabotage or limited growth. I caught myself in a self sabotage moment; I blame my stubbornness on being too comfortable. I realized that I dread change that’ll affect my comfort-ability. Not only that, but I live for security and accuracy so if that's not in the plan I don’t want it, but then it may be something I would have to learn to work with. That’s when I asked myself, “How is this method working out for you?” I replied to myself, “I’m literally a whole life path number 5, my way of life revolves around change, being stuck in this mud ain’t doing you no justice, Ari.” Yes, I talk to myself. Anyway, I decided to drag myself out of my comfort-ability, by implementing detachment, and lowering my expectations. It has been really hard, and sometimes emotional, but at the end of the day “Change begins at the end of your comfort zone” (Roy T. Bennett).

What is keeping you back from your true potential?
