You can read this, agree to it, or think that you are already taking this into action. Are you really, though? There have been countless times that I have said that I loved myself, but didn’t. I was quick to claim I know my worth, but never acted on becoming what I was worth. What I am trying to express is that at the end of the day, you got to put effort into these types of thought processing because you’ll never know yourself. So what I ask of you today is to write down what you love about yourself, ask yourself if you know your worth and define how you want to be treated.
Comment below if you feel the need to express one of the given prompts with me 🥰⬇️
I’ll start off!

I’m starting to love how honest I’m becoming with myself because it’s forcing me to strive to be better than I was yesterday and it’s helping me identity my flaws and strengths. My honesty with myself is causing me to accept that I’m not who I want to be yet but I am progressing towards becoming “that” greater version of myself everyday.
Something that I love about myself is that I am strong person and I’m not talking about physical lol! I admire that I can pick myself up through any situation, pain literally makes me strong! Do I know my worth? I’m honestly relearning that currently.
