Food for Thought💭

In 2021, around Autumn or so, I contacted my advisor Venus the Experience (she is the greatest💛) for a bit of guidance. I was going through a confusing and difficult time regarding what I truly wanted in life, and also how I chose to manifest this life. Venus picked up so much that I did not notice. It’s always the little things 😂. One of the things she told me is that I consume too much energy that comes from my negative thoughts, meaning that whenever I think negatively, I do not work hard enough to get out of that negative thought process. She advised me that whenever I go into a bad mind space is to think about a moment that I felt the happiest or in complete bliss. Since then, I have been practicing this method. Your first accomplishment is being aware of your mindset’s energy, and then trying to shift it into a more positive mindset. Consistency is key. It's easy to fall back on old thought processing if you don’t be consistent with this!
